Some staff were very nice. Clean bed with curtain. Was glad that other guests were travellers (not homeless or junkies). Near metro 7, nice pastry & kebab shop. Organic shop downstairs.

Crimee is a very grotty area. Only 2 lockers in a room of 5. Had to supply own padlock. Nowhere to fill drink bottle. No fridge. Noisy/doors constantly banging. Saw nicer hostels 2 weeks prior but they wouldn't let me cancel.

For the price we paid, the value was great. The room was comfortable, with AC and amenities like curtains, lights, and chargers. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, right next to a Metro station and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and bakeries.

Breakfast items could be improved, but there are plenty of nearby restaurants to grab a delicious breakfast.

The bunk beds in the rooms were quite close together, making it a bit challenging to get ready and do makeup. the presence of young immigrants living in the hostel rooms made for some uncomfortable situations, particularly related to respect and smoking.

The highlight of my stay at City Inn Paris was the friendly and helpful woman at the front desk. She made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to assist me with any questions or concerns I had. Her excellent customer service made a positive impact on my overall experience. Despite some minor cleanliness issues and the limited breakfast options, I found the rooms to be comfortable and the beds clean. The location near the metro station was also convenient for exploring the city. I would recommend City Inn Paris for a short stay in Paris.
